How did you come to be in your current role?

I started my career interning within the information technology industry in the United States. During that time, I developed a great interest in the distribution sector, which led me to where I am today.

Enterprise Systems is a value added distributor and it is growing at an incredibly fast pace and assists their employees to grow with them.

I have been exceptionally blessed to work for a company that has a strong foothold within the GCC region and that has given me a huge boost within the industry.

What is your management philosophy?

I believe in creating an environment which is very rewarding. One must be passionate and enthusiastic in order to succeed in any industry.

One of the most valuable lessons I have learned while working at Enterprise Systems is that a good work environment is a key requirement for a successful business!

What was your first computer, and when did you first use it?

My first computer was an IBM personal computer, which I used in 1998.

What is your greatest achievement?

While I would like to think that my greatest achievement has yet to come, I do believe I have had a few moments in my life that have defined my character and allowed me to flourish at Enterprise Systems.

What was the biggest challenge you have faced and how did you overcome it?

I have made plenty mistakes and I am very grateful for every single one of them! Although I am in the early stages of my career, every challenge I have is a learning experience and a stepping stone to success.

What is your fondest memory of working in the Middle East?

My first ever project within this industry was executing an SMB campaign at Enterprise Systems. It was a memorable experience for me, and for the company itself, it was a complete success!

What technology do you think will have the biggest impact on the market in 2016?

Integration across various technologies and mobile computing.

What’s the best way to deal with stress?

I love to travel. Exploring new places is the best type of stress release for me. I also take advantage of any opportunity to go out for a run, as a way of clearing my mind and refreshing my outlook.
